Erin Bunner served as the Director of Teaching and Learning Applications in WVU Information Technology Services (ITS), a role she took on in 2023 after many years of dedicated service to the university. Her work helped improve the digital tools and resources used by faculty and students across WVU’s campuses, especially during WVU’s post-pandemic shift toward hybrid learning and educational technology upgrades.
She had been with the university since 2006, working her way up through various roles in IT and academic support services. Her colleagues described her as deeply committed, quietly brilliant, and always ready to lend a hand or a kind word.
